voxlianea was founded in Bangkok in early 2024 by a team of technologists, ethicists, and business consultants who saw a gap in how AI was being introduced into organizations. Too often, AI adoption was driven by urgency or fear of falling behind, with insufficient attention to the people most affected by these systems.
Our founders had worked across industries—finance, healthcare, education, manufacturing—and witnessed both the promise and the pitfalls of artificial intelligence. They had seen AI systems deployed without adequate governance, without transparency for employees, and without consideration for bias or fairness. They had also seen the positive impact when AI was introduced thoughtfully, with clear frameworks and genuine engagement with the people who would use these tools.
The name voxlianea reflects our philosophy. It suggests both "mind" (the cognitive capabilities we help organizations develop) and "endra" (from the Sanskrit word for power or strength). Our mission is to help Thai organizations build AI capability that is both intelligent and grounded in human values.
We do not believe in pushing organizations toward AI adoption for its own sake. We believe in helping you determine whether, where, and how AI can genuinely serve your goals—and in building the governance structures, ethical frameworks, and internal capability that make AI a sustainable part of your operations.
